Responsibilities :

  • Create and implement social media campaigns and strategies
  • Manage the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
  • Implement and maintain a regular publishing schedule
  • Develop and expand influencer outreach efforts
  • Use social advertising and other strategies to turn fans and followers into customers
  • Manage efforts to build online reviews and reputation
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to social media conversations, including negative comments
  • Provide training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
  • Monitor benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns, while maximizing results
  • Increase social media presence on existing platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Twitter and Youtube
  • Grow and expand social media presence onto new social media platforms

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Management
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with major social media platforms
  • Creativity and savviness in the use of social media
  • Social media marketing experience in fashion or beauty industry is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Solid experience in content creation, copywriting or editorial
  • Experience in analyzing online marketing campaigns
  • A commitment to producing work of an exceptional standard
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and articulate
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Highly-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
  • Dynamic and adaptable to a fast-paced growing industry
  • Both an effective team leader and team player
