Responsibilities:

  • Managing all marketing for the social network of the company.
  • Raising awareness for the social network and attracting registered users. 
  • Attracting high-level user-generated content. 
  • Optimising the use of a loyalty scheme/rewards system. 
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

 

Requirements of the role:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Chinese a bonus but not essential. 
  • Prior experience in social media marketing. 
  • Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications. 
  • Experience managing successful social media awareness campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing. 
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. 
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Strong creative outlook.
  • Takes ownership of the project and works independently.
  • Takes initiatives, shows boldness. 
  • Team player, can engage with other colleagues at all levels.
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business. 
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
