Software Development Lead (Backend: JAVA, Spring Boot)

Job Description:

• Responsible for the creation of software architecture models and lower level components;
• You will participate in design architect team with Technical Director to ensure integrations and implementations are followed as per the design principles;
• Designing & developing a resilient system covering performance and non-functional aspect;
• Participate in all areas of the software development lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment including requirements gathering and analysis, development, requirements, testing and deployment;
• Ensure the core agile principles collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility) are being practiced.

Profile

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalence;
• 3 - 5+ years in hands-on Java development with (Spring Boot/ Servlets/ XML/ Hibernate/ Mybatis);
• Good communication in spoken and written English, Putonghua is an advantage
• Good analytical & problem solving skill
• Good experience in MySQL database and Restful API;
• Managing teams onsite and offshore locations.
