Responsibilities:

  • To support negotiations of Solar Energy investment projects;
  • Financial modeling of solar energy projects;
  • To assist in due diligence and documentation for legal transactions;
  • To support business development activities, and participating in ongoing portfolio asset management;
  • Development and execution of the corporate funding strategy related to the renewable energy investment portfolio;
  • Develop and understand portfolio diversification to evaluate and manage the associated risks. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance from an accredited college/university; CFA or CPA eligible;
  • At least 3 years experience in the solar energy sectors, including project finance and structured debt and equity finance;
  • Hands-on experience in M&A transactions of listed companies;
  • Knowledge of compliance and financial reporting in accordance to Hong Kong listing rules;
  • Able to think strategically, with good business sense and commercial awareness;
  • Excellent report writing skills with the ability to write concisely in English (and/or Chinese);
  • Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Willing to travel to Australia and other Asian countries.
