Job Description

  • Supervise food preparation areas of all sections (front and back), for the preparation and service of the all-day buffet
  • Initiates and controls purchases
  • Assists in evaluation of food set, preparation of food and equipment requisitions, recruitment of staff, establishment of duty rosters and work schedules
  • Develop rotations of menus for all meal periods based on items high in demand and around the ongoing promotion (highlight of specific ingredient)
  • Ensures proper and efficient refilling of dishes during service time, to maintain high level of consistency on the appearance of the buffet
  • Ensure temperature and taste are reflected in all dishes produced and presented
  • Ensure proper grooming standard for all staff within the team; ensures all aspects are with high standards of hygiene and sanitation complying to the HACCP standards

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of Diploma in education level
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience with 2 years in supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Able to work in fast pace
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
