Our client is a reputable regional leader within the industry and due to aggressive business development, they are now inviting a high caliber to join them as Sr. Human Resources Manager to provide Human Resources Business Partnering services and Talent Management services for its group HR team.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will act as a strategic businesss partner to manage and provide day to day consultation on employee life cycle events including internal transfer and relocation, talent management, performance management, employee relations, annual review exercises such yearly appraisal, group-wide staff event, management trainee program, etc. Strong communication is essential for this role and experienced in talent management is a must. Last but not least, you will also participate in various of HR projects within the region as assigned by senior management.

About the Person:
To qualify, the successful individual must possess-
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experiences with at least 4-5 years in talent mangement project exposure
  • Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, employment related ordinances, HR policies and procedures
  • Team player, results oriented, self motivated and detail minded
  • Strong at consulting and business partnership.
  • Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
