You will be a key player in building and establishing strong attraction strategies and support leadership in making sure that top talent is hired to match current and future business needs. Will be responsible for whole-process work to ensure internal requisition plan are met on time.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, orientation arrangement, etc;
  • Partnering with internal customers and regional staffing team to map out high-quality sourcing solution within budget;
  • Coordinate all recruitment meetings/interviews itineraries (supported by administrative colleagues).
  • Reference checks final candidates to determine suitability for employment;
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, and global leaders to share best practices and build synergies;
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment legal requirements in HK/US/Taiwan; assist and recommend appropriate improvement for the work flow;
  • Prepare regular analyzing reports, market survey, market comparison and reports to management analysis and review;
  • In close collaboration with Recruiters from other markets, HR Partners and local coordinators ensure that strong on-boarding initiatives are created & executed for all new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above ;
  • 5 ~ 8 years of experiences of recruiting, preferring background of senior headhunter in internet industry or communication technology
  • Fluent oral English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong recruitment market knowledge across HK/US/Taiwan
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Broad recruitment experience
  • Fast learner and willing to hands on, result oriented
