At Bloom & Grow, we build happy families - families of our own people, our consumers, the retailers we supply, and the brands we represent.

Since 2004, we have been hand-picking international baby, maternity and family brands, and uniting their award winning products with the hearts and minds of consumers across China, Southeast Asia, Australia and beyond. We have established household names in our territories by working in close partnership with our brands, for leading retailers, and directly with consumers, whilst managing end-to-end wholesale distribution and door-to-door cross-border ecommerce.

For our staff, we work closely together based on five Core Values: Energy, Loyalty, Inspiration, Innovation and Integrity. We only hire people who share these values and in return we offer a fun and exciting start-up style environment, where every individual is valued and rewarded for their flexibility, loyalty, accountability, cross-team and cross-cultural effort, innovation and success.
