A Lifestyle Brand with strong presence across the globe and targeting high-end market is now looking for experienced talents to support the Store Development in APAC.

Responsibility

  • Supervises and directs the Planning and Project team to complete departmental and personal goals
  • Executes the development plan to meet the project deadlines for new stores and fit-outs in the regional
  • Communicates to all parties involved the corporate policies and procedures and ensures these are implemented and complied with at all times
  • Monitors investment cost and close up final account by coordinating the efforts of others parties
  • Work with the team to formuate yearly planning and CAPEX report, 
  • Evaluates contractors and consultants performance and gives regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Architectural or related discipline
  • At least 7 years relevant experience with of which 3 years in a managment level
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
