Job Responsibilities

  • Fulfil sales goals by training, motivating and advising sales team;
  • Foster a professional customer focused culture;
  • Report on sales and customer needs;
  • Handle issues arising from staff or customers;
  • Maintain outstanding store conditions;
  • Handle store administration and ensure policies and procedures are compiled;
  • Lead as an example with great attitude and high performance;
  • Responsible for recruitment, appointment and training of sales team;
  • Provide input to the sales and marketing strategy and able to utilize business information and reports to support your suggestions;
  • Visiting customers’ homes to deliver our in-house Interior Design Service;
  • Provide strong follow up on quotations and Sales orders to ensure and minimize customer complaints.

 

Requirements

  • Passion and an ambition to grow with the company;
  • Proven experience in leading a high performing team;
  • Positive attitude and have a spirit of constant improvement;
  • Integrity on running the own store and team;
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a big advantage.
