We are a well known retail company with speciality stores selling luxury goods in Hong Kong and Mainland China. With our global presence and passion towards this sector, we are very excited to recruit young passionate individuals to join our Sales team in Hong Kong.


Your new role
Customer Service

  • To deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service and ensure the service standards are consistently executed at all times
  • To well plan ahead manpower at all times to provide expected standards
  • To build the database and actively communicate with the VIP customers
  • Leverage your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) supporting the development of a loyal customer base and develop your team to achieve the highest quality of customer profile capture with every transaction.

Training and Coaching
  • Lead and coach the team, demonstrate a strong use of selling skills and sense of product knowledge, ensure strong partnership with Operation Manager and communication with other Office Department
  • Motivate staffs to maximise team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations.
  • Lead, supervise and train the Hong Kong teams to deliver high quality of customer service
  • To be able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features and benefits of the product

Sales strategies
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to drive sales and achieve business target
  • Be in tune with key product developments and market trends to execute sales forecasting, manage inventory turnover and develop strategies to achieve divisional goals
  • To ensure staff are utilising channel technology to encourage customers to shop on and off line, to maximise sales

Inventory Control and housekeeping
  • To ensure visual merchandise presentation in line with VM Brand Book is adhered to
  • To prevent stock and pilferage by being alert and working with the Store Manager and security on potential issues and ensure sufficient staff on floor at all times
  • To control the inventory and SKU to the optimise level to drive sales



What you'll need to succeed

  • DSE or above with at least 5 years of retail operation management experience preferably gain in fashion, luxury fashion
  • Excellent supervisory ability with experience in managing multiple stores and leading a sizeable workforce
  • Energetic, supportive, independent and self-initiative, with good command of English and Chinese
  • Able to manage 200 headcounts will be considerate as Store Director
  • Candidate with less experience and qualifications will considered as Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor
