Responsibilities: 

  • Implement the brand image for Calvin Klein Watch & Jewelry boutiques in Asia Pacific Region

  • Collaborate closely with Calvin Klein Inc. Asia HK team, cK Watch & Jewelry Brand Managers and their local retail & merchandising teams in Asia Pacific Region

  • Propose concept design input and professional advice for own stores based on brand identity and design standard and seek for approvals from related parties

  • Prepare estimated cost and control development costs of all store projects for responsible markets

  • Oversee the whole project cycle and monitor the appointed vendors and the process of the projects progress within agreed timeframe and approved budget

  • Provide service and support for all POS typologies, exhibition and promotional events from inception to opening

  • Procure POS designs and approvals from markets and Landlords for both standard and customized proposals

  • Manage projects from process from inception, implementation to handover

  • Update project progress into Retailnet (group developed web based application) such as project development, approval process and cost monitoring  

    Requirements:

  • University Degree in Project Management / Design / Architecture or equivalent

  • At least 8 years of store design/planning experiences in which 5 years in a similar position

  • Able to manage tenders, negotiate and understand contractual obligations

  • Strong in budget control, documentation, project management and drawings review

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Willing to travel and work overseas
