A Global High-end Fashion Retail
Regional Projects of Retails Store and outlets
Working closely with the managment in HQ

Our clients is a global luxury retail group with rapid growth in Asia Pacific Region, and they are now looking for experienced talents to support the senior management for their retails stores in APAC.

Responsibility

  • Supervises and directs the Planning and Project team to complete departmental and personal goals
  • Executes the development plan to meet the project deadlines for new stores and fit-outs
  • Communicates to all parties involved the corporate policies and procedures and ensures these are implemented and complied with at all times
  • Monitors investment cost and close up final account by coordinating the efforts of others parties
  • Evaluates contractors and consultants performance and gives regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement
  • Assists in preparing and managing departmental budget

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Architectural, Engineering or Construction Management related discipline
  • At least 7 years relevant experience with of which 3 years in a managment level
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Manager
