Our client is one of the most sizable conglomerates in Hong Kong with business spans across property & construction, entertainment, hospitality and financial investment. To drive standardization and strengthen corporate governance across the Procurement function, they are currently hiring a Strategic Procurement Manager for the Corporate Oversight team.


Reporting to the Vice President, you will lead a small team to drive consistency and efficiency for the Procurement function across the Group and its subsidiaries. You will establish policies and procedures and conduct regular reviews on compliance and to ensure mitigation of corporate risks. You will conduct oversight on procurement activities to ensure the operations are transparent.


You will be a degree holder with at least 10 years' experience in procurement from sizable corporates or consultancy. Technical knowledge in procurement oversight and process development are highly preferable. business acumen and interpersonal skills are essential attribute. Complete fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
