Leadership Qualities Centre

The Office of Student Affairs supports and provides best possible student experiences to facilitate their whole person development. The Leadership Qualities Centre under the Office organises programmes and activities to develop students’ leadership qualities. The appointee is expected to perform the following main duties:

  • organising student development programmes/activities;
  • assisting in the administration of Co-curricular Learning and U-life programmes, including data administration, data analysis and handling enquiries;
  • managing document support such as report and proposal preparations;
  • liaison with internal offices and external parties; and
  • performing other duties as assigned.


Applicants should possess a first degree with at least three years of work experience. They should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and organisation skills; a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); a positive and mature mindset and with can-do attitude as well as a passion to serve youth. Knowledge of software application skills such as image and video editing tools is also advantageous.

Initial appointment for the above position will be offered on a fixed-term contract of up to two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
