We are currently recruiting for a part time and / or full time receptionist to join our team. Both positions will require some weekend work.

Part time 2-4 days per week. Full time 5 / 5.5 days per week.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet existing and potential new clients; attend to phone, email and walk-in enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist trainers with audio / equipment / class booking issues etc.
  • Responsible for studio tidiness ensuring overall exceptional presentation of the studio, bathroom, and reception areas at all times.
  • Accurately updating and maintaining spreadsheets: client registrations, personal training and group class booking records, petty cash, client reward programs etc.
  • Communicate with studio manager and operations manager regularly for any ad hoc tasks.
  • Track member feedback.
  • Other: inventory stocktake; assist with planning and executing studio events and marketing campaigns; sales promotions

The ideal candidate must be: 

  • Willing to work on weekends when needed. Happy to work at both Quarry Bay and Central locations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • A reliable individual, who has excellent time management and organisational skills; someone who can prioritise tasks and show initiative.
  • Written and spoken English and Cantonese desirable.
