Job Responsibilities

  • drive team to deliver the required customer service standards and procedures through effective execution and supervision of team’s performance
  • manage and monitor the deployment of staff for efficient counter operations
  • monitor the performance of subordinates, provide necessary coaching and on- job training so as to ensure better performance and service upgrade
  • ensure reports on daily customer comments, feedback and complaints are recorded and channeled properly to managers and related parties for review and follow-up
  • handle and follow up customer comments, feedbacks and complaints to maintain excellent customer relationship
  • ensure home delivery orders are well coordinated and prepared for timely execution
  • provide information to customers on product availability, pricing, promotion, membership program, Culture Club events, exchange and refund, home delivery etc

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above with at least 4 years’ supervisory experience in customer service
  • Detail and positive minded, good interpersonal and communication skills, service oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • 8.5 hours / shift and 7 days off / month & store location: Central
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
