Lead and maintain a high performing Supply Chain team for Alcon. Develop, implement and be accountable for Supply Chain strategic, tactical and operational plans in order to optimize supply chain results. Deliver the KPIs in all areas of responsibility while staying fully complaint though a motivated, engaged and empowered organization.
Lead Supply Chain Organization for all Alcon sourced products, functional and organizational leadership of Commercial Supply Chain Operations:

Supply chain management
Warehousing & Distribution (W&D)
Customer Service
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

Drive local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for all franchises (Surgical and Vision Care) to achieve optimal demand management performance.
Optimize inbound and outbound supply chain logistics, including management of internal and third party distribution and transportation of materials and finished goods.
Manage the performance of goods receiving to ensure appropriate liaison with international manufacturing, distribution center contacts and international freight providers occurs to maximize efficiency and timely delivery of products required.
Manage the budget development and setting of financial targets for Department cost centers and ongoing facility requirements, including providing input in the preparation of expenditure and capital expenditure projections and budgets.
Manage the performance of logistics service providers and distributors.
Implement Global/Regional integrated supply chain processes locally to optimize local supply chain operations.

Degree or higher in any field
Verbal and written communication skills in English, maturity to deal with matters of confidentiality and sensitivity and fluent in Chinese
Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain, people management and international business coordination
Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Company will be an advantage
Knowledgeable in JDE and Management Information System
