We are seeking dynamic individual to join our expanding team - 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all information and communication flow between the assigned suppliers, e.g. Production status, Packaging, Labeling information etc. for the footwear and accessories products
  • Process import/exports documents with vendors on the delivery of finished products
  • Coordinate with Logistic department and customer service team on all transportation issues
  • Update local and overseas customer service teams on the delivery status of the finished goods. 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in any discipline with at least 5 years relevant purchasing/sales coordinating experience
  • Experience on international trade, handling import & export shipping documents is a MUST
  • Logistics experience with a clear concept of product flow from production to customer
  • Proficiency in EXCEL
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
