E-COMMERCE & ONLINE SHOP for multi-brands digital consumer electronic products with 160 staff in Hong Kong office – main products are international branded mobile phone, tablet PC, digital camera, electronic gadgets and related accessories – main markets are Europe, Asia Pacific, Australia, UK and Worldwide – we are looking for SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER - with details as follows :

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Supply Chain/Procurement or equivalent
  • 5+ years of work experience in supply chain environment with consumer electronic experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
  • Possesses proficient computer skills, including MS office
  • Strong problem solving skills to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in optimizing lead time performance & costs
  • Project management skills to priorities multiple projects, resources and interests to deliver successful business outcomes
  • Strategical and analytical mind-set to perform consumer electronic product supply planning management:
  • Self-motivated, but also ability to work well as part of a team
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Work closely with Procurement Team of 10 members
  • Purchase Order Management
  • Manage PO procedures with buyers
  • Replenishment Management
  • Develop and Deploy product replenishment strategies
  • Manage replenishment procedures
  • Review and refine replenishment strategies
  • Inventory Management
  • Manage Inventory stock turn in healthy level
  • Control slow moving / aging stock
  • Work independently with no direct subordinates
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm)
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 16 days
