Job Description:

  • Provide day-to-day support services to user and network equipments
  • Provide support to resolve client technical issues remotely or onsite (areas of coverage will include Windows / Mac desktops and networks
  • Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software and networks
  • Carry out software and hardware installation 
  • Handle ad hoc projects
  • Provide technical advisory, design and implementation services on desktops


  • At least 2 years IT experience
  • Supporting desktop and networking infrastructure
  • Experience of Microsoft and Mac desktop platforms 
  • Sound experience on troubleshooting PC hardware, software & peripherals is also a pre-requisite
  • Strong communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, strong problem solving, results oriented & ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to operate independently and maintain composure under pressure
  • Confidence in building strategic relationships with clients
  • Team player
  • Must be a forward thinker for technologies (Hong Kong Residents Only)
