Job Duties:

Responsible for installing, maintaining and providing onsite support services to end user including software, hardware, LAN and telephony equipment at customer sites. May diagnose and resolve product performance problems.

 

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;

2. About one-year solid experience in IT service

3. Good knowledge of hardware, software and LAN/WAN.

4. Must be hard-working, independent and self-initiative.

5, Good writing and communication skills in English and Cantonese.
