We are now seeking a detailed-oriented and impact-focused Survey Operations Analyst, with strong analytical and presentation skills, to support our worker satisfaction survey programs for various brands. You will play a key role in delivering ELEVATE’s Worker Engagement services, including survey design, project planning, client communication, team coordination, onsite implementation, data reporting and feedback collection. Attention to details, experience in data analysis and strong reporting skills are required.

Joining the Worker Engagement team, your data-analytical skill and presentation skill will be constantly enhanced by a high variety of projects. The successful candidate will sharpen his/her technical skills to interrogate survey data and share insights with clients or other stakeholders that inform key decisions and programs. He or she will be client-facing, confidently telling factory management and multinational brands about what the workers are thinking and experiencing and then make recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage survey project in terms of timeline and quality of deliverables
  • Maintain client’s expectations throughout the project
  • Respond to issues of scheduling, survey onsite delivery, auditors’ level of support
  • Customize survey questions with client’s strategy and ELEVATE’s approach
  • Write and review various survey reports at the factory-level or project-level
  • Support data analysis to identify trends, differences between sub-groups of workers, key drivers, areas of risk, and opportunities for improvement


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Social Science or similar discipline or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1-2 years or more experience in data analytics or market research field
  • Experience interpreting analysis and communicating to non-technical audiences
  • Advanced knowledge of SPSS and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Advanced English writing and speaking skills
  • Comfortable working independently and working remotely with global team members
  • Preferred some understanding of manufacturing and social compliance related topics
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
