Key Area of Responsibilities:

  • To participate in valuation and advisory projects and to prepare necessary reports with absolute high accuracy
  • To conduct site visits, either in Hong Kong, PRC or other countries, and to collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory reports
  • To prepare financial feasibility analysis and valuation reports
  • To retain existing clients and maintain good client relationships

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

  • University degree in Real Estate or related disciplines
  • Qualified Surveyor or possess MRICS or relevant professional qualification
  • Candidate who is probationer or with less experience will be considered as Assistant Surveyor
  • Experience in valuation of PRC properties and Hong Kong government projects is preferred
  • Good command of both English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is preferred
  • Proficiency in Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Detail-minded and independent
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
