Description
- To follow the policy and direction of the Department/Section, and to assist superiors in accomplishing the Department/Section's overall duties and responsibilities at all time;
- To maintain and develop business relationship within the assigned portfolio by promoting new and existing corporate finance or banking products of the bank;
- To collaborate with various product groups and support bringing in new group synergy profit related to capital market products including DCM/ECM;
- To bring in new revenues related to customer's M&A related transactions and corporate industries, corporate insights and knowledge of corporate finance (capital structure/dividend policy) and the bank's global network;
- To carry out research and corporate finance analysis, as well as drafting proposal and preparing presentation materials, maintain Pitch Books for the above mentioned related products and strategic business and finance proposal;
- To assist Section Head in the implementation of certain marketing or general management policies;
- To lead, assign and coordinate the activities of junior relationship managers and junior colleagues;
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Solid years of experience in banking and corporate finance, or investment banking;
- Work experience in IFA/M&A/capital markets and corporate restructuring transactions is desirable;
- In-depth knowledge in business banking products;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
