System Administrator

Job Duties:

  • To perform routine updates on the task progress
  • To report system errors, incidents and issues on time
  • To provide general IT helpdesk support for end-users
  • To provide 2nd level support for other region IT colleagues
  • To perform installation, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshoot of servers, network equipments and SAN
  • To provide capacity planning for responsible systems in order to support the business growth
  • To work and coordinate with vendors for trouble shooting and system implementation
  • To participate in project management and execution
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience on supporting distributed regional office IT environments
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Hands-on experience in desktop/server hardware, VM, SAN, Windows platform and networking
  • Application and management of mobile devices
  • Experience in working with globally distributed users and support teams
  • Proactive and customer oriented. Personally committed to meet service quality standards
  • Good interpersonal skills and have a strong sense of responsibility
