Job Duties:

  • Closely with other IT teams on infrastructure and applications support to ensure call center systems consistence at high performance and availability. 
  • Able to work well in a team-oriented environment, be highly self initiative and with strong experience on network design, implementation and support. 
  • Capable in handling multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities on other systems (telecommunications, voice equipment, data communication and IT systems).    


  • Holder of Higher Diploma or above with major in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering related disciplines;
  • Holder of CCNA, CCNP, CCSA or other professional qualification is preferable;
  • With a minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in data network and security with hands-on systems support experience on Cisco, Juniper, CheckPoint, IDS MPLS and VPN;
  • Experience in VoIP and Network/system management is an advantage;
  • Good communication skill, proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Independent, proactive, well-organized with good troubleshooting and analytical skills, able to work under pressure with tight deadline;
  • Occasional travelling to China may be required.
