Knowledge and Skills required:

  1. Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer or Information Technology related
  2. Willing to learn new technologies and self-motivated.
  3. Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  1. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Software and Mobile Applications
  2. Good knowledge and having working experience in Windows Server / Operating System, Active Directory, MS Office, Linux OS and PABX
  3. Knowledge of basic networking and programming (vlan, vpn, firewalls & routers, backup & restore solution, SQL, C# and VB script)
  4. Holder of Microsoft Certified or CCNA is an advantage
  5. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
