Responsibilities:

  • Handle system installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and monitoring of information systems such as Microsoft AD and Exchange email
  • Administer and monitor the storage and backup systems
  • Troubleshoot problems about servers, desktops, laptops, and Network
  • Supervise regular systems reviews and design recommendations in the improvement of the overall infrastructure security and performance
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned 


Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor holder in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Windows desktop technologies including Windows 10, MS Office, Office 365, GPO, Active Directory
  • Strong experience in end user computing support, VIP support
  • Experience in performing daily user support and project implementation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to work with different level of people
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem solving abilities
