Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interview the candidates
  • Explore talent acquisition channels locally and overseas to achieve efficient and effective recruitment
  • Liaise with department heads to identify the recruitment needs, job descriptions, and other recruitment related matters
  • Implement on boarding process and conduct quality review of new employees
  • Responsible for talent management and succession planning
  • Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in recruitment, either in-house or recruitment agencies
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Responsive and proactive in talent acquisition
  • Able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is preferred
