Its core businesses include MediaLens (technology & data), GirlStyle (user-generated content (UGC) female community), and digital media & content marketing, boasting operations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Korea and Malaysia. Accumulating almost 8 million facebook & Instagram followers and over 700 million monthly content impressions on its social media accounts & websites, PressLogic has attracted the market’s attention. We are urgently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for managing the end to end recruitment cycle for various positions within PressLogic Group.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment process - to source, recruit, screen, assess, interview and recommend candidates for respective business lines for Hong Kong and overseas offices
  • Actively source potential talents from different direct channels
  • Develop candidate pool and pipeline in accordance with business line needs
  • Develop effective direct sourcing strategies for different types of positions
  • Be the person-in-charge for our participation of campus recruitment campaign in colleges / universities in Hong Kong
  • Handle ad hoc Talent Acquisition and HR projects as assigned
  • Candidates with good performance may be considered to convert to permanent employment.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years’ talent sourcing experience gained from fast-paced work environment or agency recruitment environment.
  • Confident in handling high-volume recruitment activities and search talents of niche positions from Hong Kong and overseas talent pools
  • Proficient in using corporate recruiter function on LinkedIn, as well as various ATS software
  • Proven track record in creating technical teams in a start-up like environment;
  • Self-motivated and strong team player with the ability to build a relationship with all levels
  • Solid experience in and knowledge of the media / IT industry
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
