Accountabilities – Key Result Areas 

  • Under business objectives, requirements and hiring needs to provide talent recommendations to line managers
  • Effectively manage end to end recruitment from drafting job descriptions and advertisements, executing talent search, candidate selection, interview, negotiating and extending job offer to on-boarding preparations by agreed timelines
  • Identify high potential talents by performing talent search and building talent pipeline through various channels not limited to market research, social media, job board, referrals, and other innovate methodologies
  • Act as the brand ambassador to support employer brand building to attract and retain best talents, and ensure positive candidate interview experience and on-boarding journey
  • Deliver talent and industry market trends and insights to develop new recruitment sources and suggestions for talent acquisition strategy and improvements
  • Support other HR related ad-hoc assignments as assigned

 

Experience / Qualification Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR / business related disciplines
  • With at least 2 years of relevant HR and talent acquisition experience gained in sizable organization, with experience in fashion and retail business will be a strong advantage
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • With good knowledge of Hong Kong talent market and practice, thus basic knowledge of Hong Kong employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Process solution driven mindset and deliver service oriented approach in stakeholder management and communication
  • A self-starter and with an ability to operate independently across a complex and matrix structure
  • Demonstrate interpersonal qualities with positive attitude and integrity
  • A collaborative team member, engaging, proactive, flexible and adaptable
