Responsibilities

•Identify training needs, develop program and evaluate outcome for improvement

•Work close with internal and external parties in planning and implementation

•Handle feedback and data analysis after training for review

 

Requirements

•Degree or above with 6 years of above relevant experience, applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Senior Executive

•Experience gained in MNC, in financial industry is definitely an advantage

•Good command of English and Chinese
