Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to Managing Director in talent acquisition, performance management, retention planning and staff development functions for HK office
  • Function as TA partner to provide consultation to Hiring Managers on all aspects of hiring process and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment for all levels in HK office
  • Develop and strengthen company branding through social media, designing and implementing trainee program and career talk in campus
  • Formulate and implement the performance management policy including annual performance review, performance improvement plan, grievance & disciplinary problems handling
  • Identify training needs and shortage of competency for each position, set up skills database and promote continuous individual development plan for high potentials by addressing learning needs through the performance review
  • Prepare monthly reports on recruitment activity, cost and turnover for management review


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business-related disciplines, preferably in HRM or Psychology
  • At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in which having exposure in talent management in fast paced industry
  • Experience in mass recruitment for entry level positions and campus recruitment will be an advantage
  • Warm and people-focused, passionate about making people thrive for their personal growth
  • Constructive and progress-oriented with a positive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to jointly build a structural and inspiring framework for talent management with our Senior Management Team members
  • Proficient in computer skill on MS Office
  • Immediately available is preferred
