Job Posting Details

The appointee will facilitate students’ experiential and service learning projects in academic courses and co-curricular programs.  He/She will provide coaching support to students in their personal development and projects by facilitating learning activities and discussions, supervising field work, and giving feedback to students.  The appointee will also be responsible for outreach, partners’ liaison, and assessment initiatives for experiential and service learning projects, and perform other teaching support duties as assigned.  Working outside normal office hours is required. 

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of work experience, preferably in experiential/service learning, training or student development.  Apart from being an effective facilitator with excellent English and working knowledge of Cantonese, the appointee must be a dynamic learner who enjoys cross-disciplinary work, and can handle multiple project-based assignments. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
