Job Role:

  • Work closely with senior project leaders at Asian Markets Office and provide secretarial and administrative support to the project team.
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Project Leaders which includes but not limited to team scheduling arrangements, travel arrangements & expenses claims, organise work sessions, managing calendars across stakeholders, departmental meeting/off-site events, etc.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation;
  • Assist in producing presentation materials when needed;
  • Handle other Ad-hoc or team related activities assigned by the Project Leaders.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 8 years' related experience in a MNC company in an Executive/Personal Assistant role;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must ;
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proactive, flexible, meticulous and detail-oriented;
  • Strong sense of ownership and strong problem solving skills;
  • Good learning agility.
