The Job Duties:

  • To plan, formulate and implement sales plan to drive sales opportunity, for both acquisition and retention in Call Center Sales Channel
  • To monitor and evaluate sales performance trend and conduct key performance analysis on both sales and service quality
  • To evaluate and review sales workflow and system design to cope with ongoing business changes
  • To work with marketing teams to support the formulation and execution of marketing strategies and promotion programs to achieve designated revenue target
  • To prepare sales scripts and program/offer highlights to facilitate the sales operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Strong business acumen with good people management and analytical skills
  • Good communication, problem solving and organization skills
  • Able to work across departments and work in fast-paced environment
  • Attention to details and able to complete tasks with high accuracy
