A challenging Technical Consultant position to provide support to local dealers in selling & handling projects.

Client Details

Our client is a Global manufacturing leader in supplying plumbing & drainage products. With Company history of over a decade, they are currently operating with 10,000+ employees in their 40+ locations around the globe. Our client has a strong presence in leading technology development in their segment. To support their business operation in HK, they are currently looking for a Technical Consultant to provide technical support to dealer & operators.

Description

*Identify new market including research to confirm the market potential, key competitors and consumer trends

*Research of products relevant local regulation/standards and liaise with 3rd Party Laboratory

*Liaise with our factory to develop/modify products to suit the specified market requirement

*Verify the products catalogues, prepare ppt presentation, samples, training materials before product launch

*Review product data and training to ensure that field force is kept up to date

*Product claim for customer in different countries - HK and Macau

*Provide after sales and advance technical problem solving service to sales team and project

*Organisation and realization of work shops, site visits and customer care

*Act as first reference and work with product team and factory to address any issues

*CRM to document all training and site visit activities

Profile

*High Diploma or above in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering /Building Service

*2-3 years of relevant experience

*Experience in Plumbing/ HVAC/ E&M system on project management/ installation or maintenance

*Well spoken and written English

*Mature and able to work independently
