• Degree holder in Information Services or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a technical support role, experience in large corporate in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies is preferred;
• Certificate holder of CCNP or MCSE is preferred;
• Knowledge in telecommunication technology - networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and telephony system (PABX, Unified Communication), network security (Firewall, Intrusion Prevention)
• Knowledge in Windows applications, Linux Operating System and applications, Microsoft Office products;
• Experience in writing IT documentation is an advantage;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with IT project management and foreigner vendor liaison experience;
• A proactive problem solver with customer focused mindset
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese


Responsibilities:
• Provide support and ensure the functionality and accessibility of all IT infrastructure, including server, telecommunication, PC and other peripherals (such as scanners, printers), and handheld units
• Plan new or expansion of telecom infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, telephony), server (Wintel and Linux) to handle increasing business and an expanding user base within the context of relevant Global / Regional policies and procedures
• Respond to the problems raised from Help Desk for local office and remote sites user support
• Deploy and commission new telecom equipment and servers, including the installation of operation systems and other software
• Install and update all anti-virus software
• Ensure the compliance and implement IT security controls as according to Global / Regional / Local policies and standards
• Prepare technical documentations
• Provide onsite support at remote sites (include service centers and express centers) when required in non-office hour
