A leading hedge fund is looking to hire a support professional who can grow with the company.

This role is responsible for providing front line IT support plus the roll-out of new technology to the business as well as proactively recommending technology solutions to business users where appropriate. It is client facing so stakeholder management and communication skills are a must.

  1. 1st and 2nd Line support of desktop and infrastructure both by phone and in person.
  2. Set up and support of VC equipment as well as standard and some custom desktop applications
  3. Ensure calls are properly logged and followed through
  4. Work with other locations, follow the sun

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience

  • Circa 3 years of experience in a similar role, slightly more or less experience will be considered.
  • Enthusiastic persona, can do attitude with strong customer care 
  • Experience of using ServiceNow or other call logging applications
  • Ideally understanding of ITIL
  • Good MS office application support experience
  • General PC infrastructure support skills.
  • Excellent English, written and spoken, ideally Cantonese or other Asian language too
