About the company:

Our client is a famous electronic trading platform with extensive users all over the world. They are looking for technical helpdesk specialist to provide quality technical support to the customers through means of phone or written communication. You will be equipped with trading platform's knowledge and understand more about financial industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to customers and provide trouble shooting in remote way
  • Support Web and Mobile Operating Systems and hardware related issues
  • General network configuration Support

Requirements:

  • High Diploma holder with major in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Technical skills on Network, OS, PC, Tablet and Mobile support
  • Experience in online banking and security system or java based applications is a plus 
  • High proficiency in speaking English
