Responsibilities:

  • Lead a technical team to handle daily operations of the Group’s properties including but not limited to maintenance works, technical and sustainability issues such as tenant fitting out, reinstatement and alternation works
  • Plan and review the overall technical aspects, equipment and facilities and provide professional advice for improvement proposals
  • Evaluate tender proposals & quotations and monitor all contracting works for the properties
  • Participate in handover of units, fit-out coordination and planned maintenance and technical operations
  • Work closely with property management team and external parties to ensure that specifications, work procedures, schedule and quality are in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
  • Handle ad hoc tasks or assignment as required

 

Requirements:

  • Holder of MHKIE / MCIBSE or equivalent professional qualifications
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in property maintenance and management, with at least 5 years at managerial level in property management companies
  • Solid experience in building services / electrical / building operations, repair and maintenance of commercial and residential buildings is an advantage
  • Well versed in Hong Kong’s building related laws and regulations
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Good team player, able to motivate and lead the team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
