Responsibilities:

  • To carry out installation and maintenance work for server based Unified Communication systems at customers’ sites
  • To provide technical advice, fault investigation, user training and handle customer enquires
  • To perform Emergency Call Out (ECO) duty when required

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Diploma in Electronic, Communication, Computer Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge and experience in:
    • LAN / WAN, Server installation, VMware/Hyper-V, Router / Switch, Firewall, Linux and Window Server OS
    • Deploy/Manage Active Directory Network, Group Policy design/setup. PowerShell script based administration
  • Experience in these skills will be an advantage:
    • IPT systems i.e. SIP Telephony / Avaya / Nortel / Alcatel / NEC / Cisco systems etc.
    • Web Server Administration
    • SQL Server Administration
    • Office 365 Cloud Administration
    • PKI Infrastructure, Certification Service
  • Holder of vendor’s certification will be an advantage:
    • MCSA in Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
    • CCNA, MCP, etc
    • Avaya / Nortel / Alcatel / NEC / Cisco systems etc
  • Self-motivated, team player, good customer services skills and able to work under pressure
  • Holder of Green Card and Construction Workers Registration Card
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese and English. Putonghua is definite an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technician
  • HK Permanent resident is required
