Responsibilities:

  • Maintains existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • To follow up and support all marketing related activities, e.g. booth design with contractors as well as assisting in the back end ordering system.
  • Responsible for overall organization and operation of trade shows and other events locally and/or aboard to promote business and increase sales
  • Occasional travelling is required.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Nutrition, Biology, Public health or Pharmaceutical Studies related discipline.
  • Min. 2 years’ relevant experience.  Advantage will be given to those with experience in Natural Health, F&B Ingredients and Finished Products for selling into the International Market
  • Strong new business development experience, independent, pro-active and result-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, a good team leader and player
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites
