Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide efficient and effective maintenance on computer system and network infrastructure
  • Assist to manage all issues relating to IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN link, firewalls and related network components
  • Organize network security tasks like user account maintenance, email account setups, audits, log scanning and report security incidents timely
  • Ensure server rooms security tasks and change controls are compiled with the corporate standards and security policy
  • Liaise closely with the users and IT teams to ensure accurate understanding of business requirements, effective delivery of IT solution and timely resolution of critical production problems
  • Handle unresolved system/network problems reported by IT helpdesk and escalate critical issues to seniors in a timely manner
  • Handle other special projects as may be assigned

  

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
  • More than 3 years of experience in providing IT Network/Security support
  • Familiar with MS Window, Web Server, Firewall, Router and Switches settings
  • Solid experience in network security, Anti-virus, Anti-spamming, End-point protection, etc.
  • Experience in Cloud infrastructure would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Window OS & TCPIP/IP configuration and Outlook features 
  • Good problem solving skills, analytical skills in troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Good team player, self-motivated and independent
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
