Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via email, qq, ticketing system and phone call etc
  • Setup, monitor and manage company’s and client’s servers, network and hardware facility in the data center
  • Troubleshooting for various technical issues and perform migration service for customers
  • To coordinate with vendors, internal / external parties and service partners for service restoration
  • Prepare user manuals
  • Ad-hoc technical support during non-office hours is required
  • Willing to work 7x24 roster technical support

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or degree in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in managing Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2016, Linux, VM platforms
  • Customer service or help desk experience in call centre is an advantage
  • Chinese typing is must
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Good troubleshooting skill and ability to quickly learn and work with new system and infrastructure
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Willing to work 7x24 roster technical support
