Duties:

  • Perform general helpdesk duties;
  • Coordinate with support staff, users, and outsourced contractors of call centre and HW/SW maintenance services for operational matters and desktop support activities
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting/ support for IT users
  • Provide support to OA/ E-mail/ Confidential Mail services in LCSD;
  • Provide ad-hoc/ on-call support for urgent incidents and support activities during non-office hours may be required; and
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma Holder or above in Computer studies or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years solid experience in supporting PC Clients running on Microsoft platform, Internet applications, Lotus Notes Mail System;
  • At least 1 year solid experience in supporting Lotus Notes/ Email applications;
  • Familiar with Microsoft products, Confidential Mail System and Lotus Notes Email System;
  • Good communication skills, mature, self-motivated and ability to work independently;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese;
  • Holder of Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent is preferred
