Responsibilities

  • Provide level 2 technical support to Field Service Representatives and even on field for customer problems
  • Provide training for new hired engineers and assist manager to find and leverage resource and organize training for service engineers
  • Support service sales on technical queries and spare parts
  • Help to improve customer satisfaction for Service Operations

Requirements

  • High Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
  • Grade B REW holder, grade A will also be considerable
  • 3 yrs or above in technical support or field service
  • Technical support or field service in UPS or power electronics field is preferable
  • Passion in troubleshooting & problem solving
  • Positive attitude, self motivated and able to work independence
  • Good PC skills, good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
