We're hiring Technical Support Engineer ! Please join us!

Responsibilities:

To provide 1st tier support to customers.

Deployment of Cloud computing platforms, including Google Apps for Business and Amazon Web Services.

Product migration and upgrade project support

Self-motivated, good and proactive communication and interpersonal skills

Requirement:

Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.

Good knowledge in technologies and protocols such as Email System, DNS, VMware and Active Directory

Good understanding of Windows Server platform OS administration

Ability to identify complex problems and implement creative, data-driven solutions

Good communication skill, analytical & problem solving skills, and capable of

preparing technical documentation

Fresh graduate with good IT knowledge will also be considered.

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Immediate available is an advantage
