Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support to end-user including PC, core applications and email system
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs, notebooks and network printers
  • Work closely with team members to ensure technical support services can exceed SLA standard
  • Escalate problem to 2nd tier support if need

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Hands on experience IT industry, preferable with working experience for end-user support
  • Good team member, able to work independently
  • Good command both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Holder of MCSE / MCITP will be an advantage but not a must
  • Holder of Louts Note 9 or above certification will be an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Deskside Support
